I initially contacted Sam (via email) and received his response within 12 hours. A booking was easily made and Drew arrived on time. He was able to quickly assess the problem and what was needed to fix/resolve. Drew communicated the work required and was very tidy, polite and efficient with the work completed. I plan on using their services again in future as well as any ad-hoc issues that may occur. I didn't tick "Value" as I didn't have any other businesses to compare but I'm happy with the fee charged especially based on the comments I've stated earlier.

We had Drew come out at short notice and he was absolutely fantastic. Efficient, knowledgable and no problem was too difficult. Highly recommended. Would definitely call again if we have any future issues.

Sam and his team were just fantastic, I thoroughly recommend their service. Sam provided friendly and prompt advice over the phone and Drew did a great job triple checking everything before he finished up. Don’t hesitate giving them a call if you need a good plumber!

I found Sam and his team to be very professional, very honest and their prices were the most competitive in comparison to any other plumbing services on the market. I would highly recommend them to anybody looking for a plumber and will be calling them again for all my plumbing needs.
