Atrocious business practices. Quoted one price on the phone, another price at the counter, accepted the job and advised it would be ready in 2 hours. The woman called 2 hours later to say she had not started and wanted more money. She had actually wanted payment UP FRONT before completing the job, which I refused to do thankfully. I collected the pants is disgust and went to another alterations shop in Southport who completed the job in 30mins for the same price.

Easy location in Australia Fair Shopping Centre with lots of parking. Located near the post office on the upper level, they offer dry cleaning, repairs and general seamstress services. Visa, MasterCard or cash, they are friendly and reliable. Turnaround time is good and emergency repairs can be arranged quickly. I’ve had hemming, strap adjustments and general alterations done with great results every time. Well recommended.

I got some trousers mended here. Very fast service. Only took 30 minutes. Reasonable price and the lady was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Very friendly and helpful, paid very careful attention to detail. Prompt 1 hour service for simple alterations. I highly recommend this business for any alterations, big or small.
