Superb Quality!

We had specific size and look requirements for our sofa and Louis patiently helped us designing it. The sofa was ready earlier than promised which is amazing considering 18+ weeks' wait for some of the popular brands. The sofa was made to perfection, exactly how we had discussed. Sofa feels super comfy and very sturdy at the same time. We are very happy with the service and craftsmanship provided by Louis and his team. Highly recommended.

Extremely happy with our beautiful lounge from Sydney lounge specialists. We struggled to find a lounge that fitted our suave perfectly, so we decided to go to Sydney lounge specialists after being recommended by friends. I cannot fault their customer service and the quality of their products. Luis was extremely helpful and took his time to help us select a suitable fabric and design that suited our budget. They have a massive fabric range, the lead time and communication throughout the entire process were also great. I would highly recommend SLS to anyone.

I was looking to purchase a lounge. The 1st time I arrive at Sydney Lounges the customer service was fantastic, not only friendly but knew his stuff, a lot of knowledge from the fabric to the foam it was mind blowing. I went home and thought about and returned to purchase when I received the same high quality service. The lounges were custom made we sat and discussed fabrics in more detail and I got delivered an outstanding lounge 9 weeks later.

I absolutely love my new lounge thanks to Sydney Lounge Specialist. The service which I received from Ivy was outstanding! She went above and beyond what was expected of her to ensure I got the perfect lounge for my new home. I love how I could design my own custom lounge, with the help and guidance of Ivy, to ensure it fit perfectly in my lounge room. Great quality for a great price - highly recommended!

Fantastic service and very good value for money. The furniture is all of very good quality and all Australian made. Couches, tables, headboards all can be made to order to your own specific size etc.. Ivy is very helpful and friendly. For good quality furniture this is the place to go.

Not only have my wife and I bought 3 custom-made lounges for my office and our lounge room, I referred other friends who also loved the product and quality. In fact, I liked the way they do business so much and the money we saved rather than buying at the traditional lounge retailers where you pay for all the advertising too, my company is now consulting for them with marketing. Well done. lol. It takes quite a bit to impress someone like me.

This business is simply awesome. We ordered a custom made lounge and from the very 1st day until long after the lounge was delivered we received above excellent service and support. A consultant walked us through every step and it only took 5 weeks for the lounge to be made. It was delivered and set up and is without a doubt a pure luxury everyone should have!! If you use this company you WONT regret it, they are fantastic and produce quality lounges.

A very big thank you to Ivy and the team at Sydney Lounge Specialist - We have received delivery of three beautiful lounges for our remote NSW teacher housing which are of the highest quality and so reasonably priced. We love the warranty provided and that they are Australian made from Australian products! Ivy was extremely helpful every step of the way from ideas to delivery and we will definitely be using Sydney Lounge Specialist for any future purchases.
