  I wrote this email to Dr Suhirdan Vivekanandarajah via the practice manager at the Sydney Gut Clinic.
  
  Hello,
  
  It was an absolute pleasure to meet Dr Suhirdan - he was EXACTLY as you said he would be - I understood what he was explaining VERY easily .
  
  Dr Suhirdan was a good listener, empathic and didn't treat me with what I call "MIDDLE AGE LADY COMPLEX" ie : INVISIBLE :):):) !!!!
  
  If he wasn't needed as a Gastroenterologist he would make a very good lecturer to Doctors and Specialists who are unable to understand let alone master this very important function !!!!!!!!!! There are some wonderful medical people out there but there are also a some UTTER arrogant DORKS .
  
  I just wanted you to tell him this :):):) If he hasn't already read it I would highly recommend the book "Being Mortal" by Atul Gawande.
  
  It was an absolute pleasure dealing with him and you are a great practice manager too.

  Dr. Suhirdan words to me were "we wont stop till we work this out" which after a 4 year battle seeing specialist after specialist doctor after doctor was like a breath of fresh air. His communication was outstanding, he listens but actually hears you, which made the hugest difference. Sydney Gut clinic was a game changer for me and I can not recommend them highly enough. Along with his supporting receptionist Elise, Dr. Suhirdan and his entire team are a breath of fresh air to this industry.

  Dr. Suhirdan has improved my health three fold since first seeing him in march 2020. Having been through the ringer and told by a couple of doctors there was very little that could be done, I am forever grateful to him. He reassured me throughout the process and checked in on me even when on annual leave/out of office hours post-surgery.
  His progressive/novel approach and expertise allowed me to have full faith that he could really help.
  Shout out to Elise on reception who is also a legend! Thanks team.

  Recently I am seeing doctor Sudhiran, very polite and very professional doctor. He really listen to your health concern and gives his 100% to fix it. I have full faith in this doctor. He is the only specialist who was able to find out my root cause. Highly recommend.

  Dr Andrew Kim massive thank you no pain what so ever. To all the nurses and Catherine the anaesthesiologist she was fantastic.
  
  Ben one of the nurses was so calming and helpful. I have a phobia to needles and I was treated with such care and understanding. The numbing cream and happy gas worked as a treat calmed my nerves down so much.
  
  From check in to check out it was a very smooth process.
  Definitely recommend this clinic. Recovery was very quick as I was thinking the worst.
