Management tries to be supportive but team culture is non-existent. Depressing atmosphere. Barely any training, you're on the phones the first day and either sink or swim.

Insight Fundraising is what you'd refer to as the modern day scam. I'm almost certain the guy who does the payroll gets a Christmas bonus if he can con his employees out of their pay. The whole work environment is appalling, the desks, chairs, computers are all ancient and. Feels like you are working in a sweat shop. the charitys they support are very worthy however donate to them without insight taking most of the money. The chances of you winning the raffle are very very very small. If you are looking for easy work this place is great but be prepared to be treated like sh*t

Public Service Announcement. I spent 12 months at this "workplace" if you could even call it that, before I decided that I could no longer work at Insight. I was a team leader and the management are terrible! They prey and feed off poor pensioners and the good people of Australia who think they are helping a worthwhile cause. They are a leach and a parasite of an organisation. If you are not reaching targets they will show you the door without any chance of improving your situation. Do not give these pests a cent of your money.

if you need to use the bathroom or get water on shift you are not paid. insight are unethical they treat you like a lab rat. I am so glad I am out of that place, I would not wish those working conditions on my worst enemy.

Insight Fundraising is the most poorly run call centre I've ever seen. You are treated like a piece of meat at this place. Management are awful to staff and try to intimidate employees. I would recommend supporting the charities directly as insight take 60% of proceeds. I would also recommend NEVER working here.
