In the beginning my case began slowly with a last minute lawyer change a week before the case was to be heard. In saying this, the slow beginning and last minute lawyer change can be excused. Lawyer Kent Park managed to pickup the case and professionally prepare for the case with a week of preparation. This shows the expertise and experience which Sydney Criminal Lawyers has.

Within the week, Kent Park was able to prepare the case and attend on my behalf in court with a more than promising outcome.

Along side this Kent Park was very professional keeping in contact with myself along the way and making the process and seamless as possible. Kent was very dedicated to the case and had my best interest in mind.

In addition to this, Kent Park has a very outgoing personality and was very easy going which made communicating much more comfortable. As speaking to a lawyer may be a daunting experience for some.

This was my first experience with the law, and I was terrified. I didn't know what to do with myself, how to act or what to think. I've traveled the world, and want to do more, and I want to continue getting good jobs, but I feared that this would be the end of that.

I was among the many who went and saw many different lawyers who all told me that "a section 10 is impossible for this charge". There was 10 charges of Embezzlement.

Coming into Sydney Criminal Lawyers was an experience I will never forget. Met with Steven Patrick, a senior lawyer at the firm who was open, honest and down to earth in relation to the case. He conducted a lot of research before giving us our first advice.

Steven for the next 7 months was essentially my best friend. The service that he provided during this traumatic time was exceptional. He enlisted the assistance of barrister, Jack Tyler-Stott who further assited with the matter as we approached our court date.

The impossible happened on this day, and I was given a section 10. What was said would be impossible, became possible because of the exceptional work done by Steven and Jack. There is no amount of thank yous that I can give that exactly shows how thankful I am for these amazing gentlemen.

If you ever find yourself making a mistake (like we all do at some point in our lives) I highly recommend Steven who to me, has saved my life.

I was charged with Embezzlement. 10 counts over the space of 4 days. After neglecting previous representation. I went to Sydney Criminal Laywers. 7 months I was represented by Steven Patrick and Jack Tyler Stott. The pair were absolutely fantastic. The professionalism and execution of their work and tireless efforts to get me the best outcome was second to none.

Having such representation lowered my anxiety and allowed me to get on with my daily tasks. Their empathy and trust in me is something of a rarity.

I walked into the local court with the "A Team". I walked out with a SECTION 10 BOND. I think that result speaks for itself. Something rarely ever seen for an embezzlement guilty plea. I couldn't be happier!

I got involved in a traffic offence which is failing to stop for the police when directed to do so. And the court date is 11/08/17.
After I got the fact sheet from the police in July, I made a nice, useful, informative and free initial conference with Fouad Awada, who is the senior lawyer in the Sydney Criminal Lawyers firm. He gave me really useful legal aid and instruction for how to plead guilty in the court so that I can be sentenced with section 10. From his voice, words and experience, I deeply trust him, then I want him to be my representative in the court because I do not think he would let me disappointed.

After following his instructions for pleading guilty, I submitted all the materials to him. He reviewed all of them and helped me to improve the letter of apology to make it better as my English writing skills are not good enough.

Finally, today I walked into the Downing Centre court in Sydney with him. He could give me a feeling of confidence and comfort, so I was not nervous. As this was my first time to enter court, I was so nervous before I went inside the court with him.

Eventually, he helped me to persuade the magistrate to sentence me the section 10 with no behaviour bond. I feel so happy and glad for the results of my case, and dealing with my case with Fouad Awada.
