I cannot recommend Brendan and Kristina highly enough. I am grateful although saddened I had to go through this process at all. The professionalism, commitment and compassion for my situation throughout the long time of working together was unwavering, even dealing with COVID-19 pressures. The receptionists are efficient and friendly and never make you feel you’re a bother, thank you.

After a serious work injury 4 years ago I came across Firths Lawyers when looking for legal representation guidance and assistance. Their team has been great!. Greg was lovely to work with and happy to clarify any questions I had. The girl’s on the phone were always helpful and happy to assist me with my enquires. Lovely firm with a great team of people. I would definitely recommend this company.

2 years ago I was involved in a car accident with significant injuries, Stephan, Jane and there team were absolutely incredible, there kindness , empathy and professionalism were outstanding. I just sent in all paperwork and they did everything , no decision was made without my knowledge , The final outcome well exceeded my expectations; it’s life changing,
Words are not enough to express my gratitude for there hard work . I would recommend anyone to employ Firths solicitors , they changed my life , Thankyou for everything

I can wholeheartedly recommend Firths to anyone needing help dealing with insurance companies. I worked with many lawyers throughout my life and there’s simply no comparison. Firths are in the league of their own.
Carl, Hunter, Jessica and the whole Firths team have been an absolute delight to work with. They fought tenaciously and tirelessly for nearly a year and won a TPD payout for me which literally saved my life. They also negotiated a better Income Protection Insurance, so I now have an income for the rest of my life. I never thought any of that was even possible in my wildest dreams.
I suddenly developed a mysterious disease called Dysautonomia/POTS at the age of 38 and could no longer work, walk or function.
Needless to say I was at an extremely low point in my life.
From the very first contact with Firths, I felt like I had a whole team on my side. I had a long interview with a lovely lady and described my situation. I then received a phone call from the senior lawyer Carl and I felt hope for the first time in a while.. He explained the whole process and potential outcomes in a clear manner and gave me confidence to proceed. He has decades of experience, hundreds of successful cases under his belt and you can tell this job is his calling. He’s in it to help people. Although he’s so lovely to his clients, I’d hate to be the person on the receiving end of his wreath!
I then worked with young lawyer Hunter who is just a sensational human being. His empathy, intelligence and competence is what got me through my darkest days. It was like having a good friend I can always call with any questions and concerns. He responded to my emails immediately, he was immaculate- professional, diligent and knowledgeable.
Being suddenly disabled is a very overwhelming and lonely journey, so it’s of an outmost importance to have competent and kind people on your side. That is what you get at Firths.
Just when I thought I couldn’t be any more grateful, Stephen Firths gave me a huge discount and I only ended up paying a fraction of what I expected. There’re no words to express my gratitude..
I obviously could have never achieved this result by myself. I didn’t even know what was possible. If you’re thinking of applying for TPD, don’t hesitate to give them a call. I spent months thinking about it, wish I did it sooner!
