It would of been better had they placed the toilets in better areas while you stand in the line. Little kids often need toilet breaks.
Was a fantastic and really quick experience. The terminal is really well laid out so it made the transition to and from the ship very quick and efficient
They were fairly good at processing through to the boat. Arriving back was very smooth.
Magnificent Sydney Harbour location. Always friendly staff, fast and efficient process at this Terminal for boarding ships for cruises in my experience. Easy access , have arrived here in Limo to the entrance. This occasion parked at Opera House carpark and wheeled luggage easily. Trains and buses transport all handy.
Handy to trains and there's room for buses and some taxis. Nice view of everything from the dock.
Big place to welcome visitors, got to bring own cars or prior booking for taxis or shuttle transport or wait to take the ferry.
Quick and easy boarding for cruising. Can be reached best by bus or train to circular quay and then 5 minutes walk
Was easy getting off the ship.. Straight out to the trains.. Much better than having to go to white Bay.
Modern facilities. Getting through check in is a breeze and it a nice place to leave from right beneath the harbour bridge and across from the opera house
I wonder how this venue could be called an international terminal of any sort. No proper roof, no air con, no seats, no info display, no PA, no catering, and oh yes, thanks for the amenities like toilets! Imagine an ocean liner is about to board 3,000+ passengers which could literally take up to half a day with the regular security screening charade. And imagine that you have flown half way across the country to check in on time with your geriatric parents looking forward to a comfortable voyage You have to queue up under the sun on your feet and wait your turn only to be told that boarding has been delayed! Taking a stroll around the Circular Quay is out of the question as they warm that if you miss the boarding window, you'll miss the trip altogether. Very convenient indeed Wonder where the tax payers money goes when it comes to civic infrastructure in a city where you have to cough at every turn.
This is just another cruise ship terminal. This place itself has nothing much to see. However, it is one of the best place for the iconic photo of the opera house and harbour bridge. Walk up the long stairs onto the the top level. It is an open area to enjoy the views. My attached photo is taken from there
Good space and well staffed. In spite of the large groups of people checking in for a cruise, the lines moved quickly and staff were efficient.
It's a passenger terminal it's not really that exciting! Except for the fact your about to go on holidays. Much easier then an airport though
Went on a cruise to Vanuatu and new Caledonia. You couldn't get a better port to leave from with the Ship and the harbour bridge in the Background. Check-in process was really fast and staff were all happy and cheery. Coming home was easy to. I would recommend the train to get to and from the airport only a few hundred metres walk and very cheap as well. Much quicker than cab or Bus transfer to if you have a wheelly case. Otherwise take a Transfer.
