  Avoid this company at all costs. They are incompetent and unprofessional. They are pushy salesmen who blame the customer when something goes wrong. They charged us fees that were never made clear on their website, in any calls or emails. They are breaking Australian consumer laws.
  
  We requested carpet steam cleaning on the 22st on the last day of a rental we were vacating. We got a quote for $75 via call and then an email confirmation of appointment time, there was no mention of policies. On the day, they were not able to perform steam cleaning as there was no electricity. They then said there was a call out/cancellation fee of $55 despite it not being our fault we couldn't provide electricity to them. They are charging us a fee for the fact there is no electricity in the house and they couldn't do their job. They never clarified they needed electricity for their machines to function, it is normal for steam cleaning companies to have a generator.
  We called the head office number and the lady said the fee is part of company policy and we had to pay it, with no option to dispute as is our legal right. The issue is the fact that these fees were never clearly stated to us in a phone call, quote or anywhere on their company website. Then they had the audacity to tell us as the customer that it was our responsibility to ask them if they needed electricity for their machines. The technician also stood there for 1.5 hours demanding payment for the call out fee and refusing to leave the premise, it was rather intimidating with all the stress of moving out.
  
  They have broken Australian consumer rules and we will be reporting them for this unfair practice. It is unreasonable to demand payment for a cancellation fee without letting us dispute the reason why over the phone. It is harassment to stand on our property and refuse to leave. It is unfair to ask us to pay a cancellation fee we were never made aware of via phone, email or on the website. It is also unfair to charge a cancellation fee for something that is out of hands, we didnt know the electricity will be cancelled that morning and that they needed it, most steam cleaning companies have their own generator.

  Beware of this company. You should read all the reviews before booking them, many people have had the same bad experience as me.
  
  They quote you a special price then double it when the job is finished. They claim they need to use special detergent and charge double for it.
  
  They also get you with 10% surcharge for paying by card. This is illegal based on the ACCC website, companies should only charge 1% of the fee for using a card.
  
  The technician was very rude, the office staff and manager Sam is very rude after I complained the cleaner damaged and put a hole in my wall with his equipment.
  
  Please beware of this company, I would not recommend them at all.

  Avoid!!
  I have reported this company to the ACCC.
  They came to our place to do a bathroom tile and grout clean and did an awful job. Not what was promised or quoted. To really sum it up they didn't even bother to open the bathroom door to do the tiles behind the door.
  I asked for a refund or part refund and they refused and have also ignored any of my communication. If you look at these reviews they come from a lot of people with the same surname? Curious!
