  The most disgusting service where everything was displaced and also all my furniture including washing machine dryer in the living room including beds my garden seat was put in the hallway 🤦‍♀️
  the pricing 150 an hour change into $800 plus 200 deposit and getting billed for hours that they did not and the removalist trying negotiate what they can shift or not insane service
  Do not shift with this Company
  if you want to be ripped off and have to pay to get other people to shift your stuff out of the lounge room
  You will be billed for hours They did not do Dont use this Company !!!

  Great experience! Had a 2 bed home move and all our things were moved intact and well cared for.
  Very attentive and flexible to some unforeseen schedule/ pick up destination and worked with me to move forward and get the job done.
  Felt like we were in very reliable hands and supported and thoroughly communicated with throughout the move.
  Previous moves have been trying times but the convenience and support throughout this moving experience with Moovers has given us the confidence to use them again and recommend to anyone. 👍🏾👍🏾

  Movee and the removalists they supplied were the worst Ive ever used and if they don't answer my emails or calls to try and fix some of the problems they created ill be taking them to court.
  
  Here's a run down of what went wrong:
  
  Took 3 men 8 Hours to move a 2 bedroom apartment 45 mins away.
  Scuff marks left in both removal and drop off locations
  Dropped my TV and ruined the TV stand
  Had no tools with them and borrowed my moving trolley and tools all day.
  Said its impossible to move furniture upstairs so left my standing desks in my lounge.
  Didn't wrap my mattress so its covered in truck grime
  Put a huge scratch and dent in one of my standing desks.
  Scratched the floors in my new house dragging fridges along the floor.
  Never gave my keys back! Im calling and raising tickets but no ones answering me.
  They left 1/4 of the stuff behind after saying it was going to take too long to move small things
  They didn't stack any of the boxes nicely at the drop off, some heavy boxes were dumped on smaller boxed crushing them
  Got an angry email from my building manager saying they had made a mess in several locations around the complex and to come clean up after them.
  Billed double the quoted amount.
  
  I dont think you could find a bigger pack of clowns if you tried. Movee will not respond to calls or bother to look at tickets. Avoid them at all costs.

  We have had the worst ever experience with this company. DO NOT USE THEM. They overcharged us, arrived 1 1/2 hours late to the job. Took 9 hours to do the job and still didn't finish it. BUT WORST OF ALL ONLY PROVIDED 3 FURNITURE BLANKETS AND DAMAGED MANY ITEMS OF OUR FURNITURE. THEY DIDN'T EVEN HAVE A PROPER FURNITURE TRUCK! We are getting no where with the Support team. It's been over a month and they are now unresponsive. They claimed to have insurance however we have not had any success at all with even being given claim details, let alone a remedy.

  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! If I could leave negative stars I would, my friends used Movee for their recent move and they were absolutely appalling.Terrible service and absolutely no regard for customer satisfaction and concerns, if you're thinking of using this company for your move absolutely think again. Read on for more details.
  
  To begin with the movers arrived over an hour late to their apartment and then proceeded to take almost 4 hours to load their furniture - at most 15 pieces of furniture which my friends could not move themselves.
  
  The movers then took almost 2 hours to drive from Preston to Mernda - a trip that takes 30 minutes. When they finally arrived at the new address they took another 2 hours to unload the truck, all while leaving the furniture in a state of disarray all over my friend's house (see pictures attached).
  
  My friend got in contact with the company the next day to explain the situation and request a partial refund for the $800 bill they had to pay for the hours of wasted time on part of the movers and received a measly $50 back and assurance that the movers involved received what is essentially a glorified slap on the wrist!
