Jerry and his team helped us move house from Melbourne to regional Victoria and booked two trucks which was more than enough for our needs and still came out as the most competitively priced. He was upfront about the time and the cost and on the day of the move took great care with loading our stuff. The team was efficient, polite and loaded everything as efficiently as possible.

Given the distance there were a few minor issues but the key thing was that Jerry listened and resolved our concerns to our satisfaction. It is rare to see in this day and age and the customer service we received was certainly very appreciated. All I can say is that they look after their clients. Kudos to this team.

We had engaged Best Movements for moving from a 3 bedroom townhouse to another home roughly 30 kms away.

The first thing you will notice and be pleasantly surprised is the level of responsiveness when you call. Jerry was always available for a chat right from scheduling, quotations etc be it weekday evenings or weekends. I found Jerry to be very authentic, respectful and honest in all conversations.

The quotation process was smooth with accurate details such as number of personnel who will arrive, size of truck, number of trips, approximate duration of move etc. Jerry and team asked the right questions to gauge the scope of the move which was a key step in planning and preparation.

On the day of the move, we found the men who turned up to be very efficient, professional, effective and punctual. The team was very polite and courteous in all dealings. We didn't need to even lift a finger and all the stuff (from 2 levels and 3 bedrooms - including fragile items like TV, appliances etc) were loaded, moved and unloaded quickly and safely end to end. There was no damage whatsoever and the men operated very ergonomically with the right equipment such as ropes, trolleys, lifts etc.

The icing on the cake was the fact that the whole move costed only half of what we expected and what other movers had quoted owing to the fact that the move was quick and executed within a single trip.

We have no hesitation in highly recommending Jerry and the team for your residential and commercial move and wish to thank the team for being so awesome!
