So fabulously quiet after the backpacker noise down on the esplanade. Stunning view, brilliant pool and clean rooms. Couldn't ask for more. The hill is NOT a problem - I even got my postie bike up there without a hitch. I loved walking back from town after a nice meal, the evening breeze was pure delight. If you walk along Airlie Cres, it's not so steep and you get a great view.

NERVER EVER GO THIS PLACE!!!!
The cleanliness was so bad. I believed they didn't change the bed sheet before I checked in.
It's located in a hill. Still got few blocks to the sea. Not really the sea-view room. Only few car parks available there. Don't ever try with your manual car!! The car could hardly get along on the slope.
One of their staff (I guess he might be the owner) was so rude. He charged us $50 for cleaning fee at the day we leave!! I never heard this kind of ridicules thing.response / report this review -

Loved our stay at sunlit apartments. The rooms were spacious, clean and all have amazing views. Don't be put off by the walk up the hill - it's worth it!
