Thanks for Dr Chan treat my lovely girl's one mouth bad and dirty teeth. Because of her age (she is 15 years old) and the price (at least $1600), I once hesitated whether let her do the treatment. Well compare with other vet's price, dental fee always cost so much. And we believe it would be a better choice for her. Fortunately, after the operation just one day, my lovely girl become as active as before. Her mouth now smell good, and looks with better appetite. I am so appreciated with the service and Dr Chan's nice patience and high professional skill in here. Let her has a good and comfortable dental life in the future.

Excellent vet services provided here. I have been taking my dogs to Struggletown for many years and have been happy with the care given to my dogs in particular to my 14 year old who thanks to their care is still with us in spite of her many health issues. I have tried and tested other vets but always keep on coming back to Struggletown for their dedication and very professional attitude and also because of the long opening hours which is so convenient specially on an emergency. Thank you to all staff and in particular to Simon and Lucy who are such caring vets.

Was bringing my cats and dogs there for quite some time and was quite happy with their service. Then i had a bad experience more than a year ago as my dog had eaten more than, one bar of dark chocolate with hazelnuts. I rang up as i was unsure what too and i was in a state of panic. They asked me how much and few other questions.
I was told it was a substantial amount and should treat my dog asap. They informed me they were "too busy" and recommended two vets that were quite out of the area, and it was around 630pm.
I went to the vet my partner takes his cat and they took my dog straight away as they said it such a big amount of chocolate consumed. They were near closing time but were happy to stay back to fix and treat my dog. Have never returned to struggletown since as I was let down by this event, and have since took my business elsewhere.

We've been coming here for years with our pets. The best vets I've ever been too. Staff are very knowledgeable and caring with the animals. Prices are a bit steep though for what most of the time(for us anyway) is a 5-10 minute consultation and the medicines are much cheaper elsewhere. Book ahead as they are always busy and bring a second person because parking can be an issue and you might want to drop pet off first then do the eastern suburbs car park safari hunt

Very helpful and caring staff. They'll take good care of your pet. Never any issues when I bring my cats in for a check up or something a little more serious. And they're open until late which is good since I work during the day.
