As someone who studies reptiles scientifically (hepatologist) I was really looking forward to seeing my first crocs in the wild. I was not disappointed. Mark was an excellent and highly knowledgeable tour guide who spoke not just about the animals in front of us but about the whole ecosystem. He had lots of interesting titbits and information regarding the establishment of a local area the people who have lived here and pioneered different ways of life. The tour was excellent. I expected a fairly easy going lunch and was pleasantly surprised how well it was catered for. The afternoon tea should not be missed make sure you save room for the damper. I highly recommend this tour to anyone who was the naturalist a historian or just wants a unique experience full stop

We unknowingly went in Feb, which is nesting time for the crocs, and because the weather and water is so warm, they don't need to come out and bask. So we only saw a couple of heads and one juvenile, but it was still a great day out and I would highly recommend it - especially if you time it better! Great, knowledgable guides, the food is plentiful and delicious. We will have to come back again!

Booked as a shore excursion. Great guide along the River, seeing crocs and learning about their habitat. Wagon ride through the wetlands learning about life in the bush. Substantial lunch served. Highly recommended.
