  Good experience so far. Best part is online manager for payment, booking and make up classes. No need to stand in line. Staff is very friendly and professional. Only negative is not enough change room and shower. Only two showers for boys and two for girls.

  My daughter attends this swim school and Zoe French is her instructor. Zoe is friendly, passionate about her role there and my girl loves her interactions with her.

  The staff are very friendly, I have my daughter there and she had become very confident.
  The instructors are wonderful and very professional there attention is on your child not on what ever is going on around. I appreciated that, they might be more expensive but you get what you pay for im very happy great job guy's keep up the good work ☺

  Very well trained instructor. Pool supervisor regularly monitoring, and communicate with instructor towards perfection. One less thing to worry, when my kids is in pool when we are out about caravanning. Giving Melbourne the best swimmer's

  We had a horrible experience with this school. It started well but when booking make up classes, I booked specific times and they booked me incorrectly twice already! One makeup I asked for 9:30am and walked in only for them to tell me that her class was booked for 9am not 9:30am and I ended up waiting for a 10am class since I already had my child ready for swim class. The following make up class I booked for 10am because I was happy with the instructor and my child improved in her swimming in that one lesson, so when I arrived for my 10am session, I went to the counter checked her in and paid the fees, got my child ready to get into the pool, only to be told by the instructor that my child's booking was at 9:30am and not 10am. I said that's not possible and that the same situation happened the week before, she got my child into the pool and then another state swim employee comes to the instructor asking her "how many kids do you have" and she said "one extra" because my child was not booked in, so they both very abruptly took my child out of the pool, so ABRUPTLY that the lady screamed at her to get out of the pool and stand up straight and I was standing a bit away from the pool and walked close to them to see what's going on, she brought my child who had 2mins of being in the pool getting wet and told me that we are in the wrong class with no apology except to say "read your emails"!!!!! This was the most unprofessional behaviour I had ever encountered, not to mention the fact that the child was being reprimanded for something both she and myself was not the cause of. I went to the counter with my child and told them that this is unexceptable and that at no time was I asked to check my emails after booking a make up class and very clearly remembering the exact times I booked my child in and the manner in which the situation was managed was horrible. They lack professionalism however there are still a number of good instructors with good skills but they need to remember that they are dealing with children and need to learn to be teachers and be polite at the same time, people at the counter need to listen to what a customer is saying when making a booking instead of rushing a booking and getting the wrong booking and tell a customer in advance to check their email booking to confirm them, I always relied on what I was told at the counter 100% if the time, I never had to check my emails for a booking. And instructors should never ever put a child into the water only to take them out in 2mins, other employees should never speak to any child or touch any child abruptly more especially for something that is not their fault. If there's anyone to blame for these situations, it's the State Swim School. I cancelled my child future bookings at the school after seeing their behaviour and do not recommend this school to any other parent. I am very disappointed and will have to start my child into a new school because I don't trust their behaviour anymore. Good luck!

  he staff at this swim center are excellentits better than going to the cragieburn leisure centerits only for lessons, there is no general public swimming there so the kids aren't distracted..the teachers are excellent

  I like this place and recommend to other people to teach them kids how to swim.
