I had to collect a 'Click n collect' order for which I had an order confirmation, when I went in the store, the inexperienced sales guy without checking anything said we didnt receive this order yet, did you receive a confirmation email or phone. I said yes then he unwillingly went inside the store and got the item. He then asked me to show the original receipt which isnt required actually because I already showed him the order confirmation but I found out the receipt in the email and showed it to him. In the meanwhile the experienced sales lady was there and she said its not required to see the original receipt. That guy wasnt helpful, polite or respectful. I didnt like his attitude.
