I was absolutely put off by seeing the tough look that the shop assistant( Red hair lady ) had at the South Morang store..She was rude ,nil welcoming skills and definately racist.

Hey team Katie’s South Morang
I had most worse experience I ever had shopping today at your outlet in South Morang. The red headed shop assistant was absolutely rude, racist and unwilling to assist. Due to her behaviour we ended up not buying anything from that store that we wanted to buy. hopefully the store management will look into it and take appropriate steps.
