Good store. Employees say the store is a "D" grade for yarn selection. Which is fine for normal colours. I found out Spotlight Melville is a "B" grade selection

Absolute Disgrace!! I ordered Venetian Blinds and had them installed on 16/2. have one blind that is slightly bowed at the bottom, Had the sales rep come out ,take photos, after this I have had no reply or response from messages left on her phone in March and April , so I had to ring head office on the 1st May and yes The sales rep was having trouble using her phone? are you serious!, No notification at head office about the bent blind, Can you send some photos to us.(which I couldn't do). Are you kidding! No worries was the response Ill get back to you with in a week and let you know what is happening. Guess what! no calls or messages left on my phone as I have message bank. The service is terrible. Obviously once they have the money that's it. I personally would not recommend you purchase custom made blinds from Spotlight. S McCrann

Good store with decent specials however being a giant shed it can be a little unpleasant and you might have to dig around if you want to find matching sets of things. Staff were helpful though.
