  Flouting consumer law with non-compliant returns process. My new Cuisinart pressure cooker was faulty and I had video evidence of the fault. The manager tried to direct me to the distributor for remedy. When I declined, they tested the machine with water and was told that this proved it was OK despite me highlighting the obvious difference in consistency with food. Eventually I was offered a replacement or store credit, but was refused my money back. Under consumer law it's my choice. I took a replacement and I'll probably sell it.
  
  The store has good stock and frequently offers great sale prices, but if you have a problem with your new purchase be prepared for an unsatisfactory run-around.

  Very satisfied with the helpful service, brought a pyroux 2 piece roast and grill set. I was discounted and the roasting dish is a lot cheaper than my scan pan one and does a better job as the scan pan lid has failed and been replaced a number of times.

  Always super friendly and knowledgeable staff, combined with an amazing selection of stuff - be prepared to spend ages just browsing, and finding things you didn't realise you needed. Pricing is great and the workshops are highly recommend!

  The store has different varieties of kitchen appliances though they are overpriced. We were looking for kitchen scales there and since we couldn't find them anywhere else ( except Internet) we bought them there. The quality is good and yet a bit overpriced.

  Was very disappointed with the service today at this store. The manager, Paul, had a very sour attitude and was very rude to several customers (including a poor old lady) as I waited to be served at the counter. Usually love shopping here but not sure I will return after this. Would think especially someone in management would take customer service (or at least some common courtesy) more seriously.

  A good size store, parking good, friendly stall. You can buy products by phone, pick up later.
