  I would like to say a big thank you to all the staff at South West Vision Institute - I attended the practice with my 92 year old grandmother who required urgent treatment, everyone was wonderful. The receptionist who booked out appointment was so caring, the receptionist who greeted us was kind and friendly - my grandmother was so relaxed after their kind attitude. The clinical staff were gentle and patient with her, helping her complete the tests required and explaining everything along the way. Thanks to the kindness and efficiency of the team she was able to get the medical care she needed and has wonderful vision again.
  We were so happy with our experience at South West Vision Institute that when my father needed his eyes checked they were the first place we contacted and once again they were amazing!

  I cannot speak highly enough about South West Vision Institute. I am very nervous when it comes to procedures with my eyes, but the staff here were lovely, and professional even when dealing with my myriad of questions. They answered all my questions and made me feel completely at ease. The practice is clean and very nicely presented, and even though I didn't go ahead with the procedure yet, I definitely will choose this practice when I choose to get the work done on my eyes.

  Fantastic staff, always so helpful and knowledgeable about the products and procedures. Great doctors and really friendly and caring atmosphere. I would recommend the South West Vision Institute to anyone.

  I took my mum in for a check up she was so nervous as her optom had advised she may have a problem. I advised the staff of this and they were so amazing!! they put her at ease and made the experience seamless. The surgeon was so comforting and professional. I am so glad we took mum to this clinic and I highly recommend it to anyone!.
