Lonsdale representative Makita was polite, professional and very proficient.
My installation was completed on time and I was kept informed of the technicians progress every step of the way.

Work completed was very clean and my unit is up and running.

Frictionless ordering and installation process. Hot Water Com Au handled everything. All the government rebate paperwork. Plumbing and electrical installation of heat pump hot water system (200ltr) carried out by their own contractors. Very professional. Timely. (our electric hot water system failed just as we moved into our home so 4 days without hot water in winter. Nice). Highly recommend you consider Hot Water Com Au as one of your options for heat pump hot water installations.

Our hot water system died on a Sunday but waited until Monday morning to put a call out. A service tech was able to come within a few hours and diagnose a new system was needed. A new system was scheduled to be installed the following Friday, but he was able to install a temporary water system to get us through the week, which it did without issue. Very impressed with the service provided.
