I ordered and pre paid for 350 besser blocks, I emailed and confirmed receipt of payment and delivery date. On the day of delivery I called 3 times and was told some body would get back to me. Towards the end of the day I was sent a text message saying they could not get me the blocks for another 5 days. I had a block layer booked in for the next day. Waste of time, poor customer service, would not recommend.
