We're here regularly because it's usually easy to get a table. However it's obvious from recent changes that they're trying to cut costs. Wait staff have been replaced with buzzers, meal portions and menu options have reduced and the 'kids room' has progressively just become a TV room. That said, it's a decent place for a feed and staff are always friendly.

The Motel side was bad. Very overpriced and looks like a motel out of a bad horror movie. The heater barely works, the bathroom window was broken, so the room stayed cold. The door didn't close all the way, so there was another draft in an already cold room. The room windows also have a gap, so another reason the room was way too cold. The curtain rod was held together with masking tape, so that shows the care put into the place. The mattresses were so old that you could see the concave-ness as soon as you enter the room. On a positive note, there was parking.

Have been staying in area only for last month but have been back to this place several times. Friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere. Have not been disappointed with the food so far. Every meal has been very prompt and delicious. If only the rooms were maintained a little better would have given 5 stars.
