This store is quite grotty. DO NOT BUY CHIKEN TENDERS as they are same size as chicken nuggets and an absolute 'RIP OFF' & dry.
They don't care here as they have the monopoly of traffic. We will be detouring through Mittagong in future. Shame on Sutton Forest McDonalds.
Another tip for travellers watch the McCafe staff when they drop something 'they pick it up off the floor and wipe it on themselves'. This includes cups they are about to serve you your coffee in.response / report this review -

Do not ask for sugar in your coffee. I asked for 3 sugars and it's like I got 12. My partner also had the same problem but with 2 sugars. They use a large dessert spoon instead of a tea spoon. Coffee was served stone cold. I had to pull over to tip it out I felt sick. I wish I read the reviews before I stopped here but you usually don't have this problem from Maccas. Highway robbers.

Not one clean table and food on the floor in multiple locations despite there being more staff than customers. The bathroom was also filthy. Disappointed to see create your taste gone, but the gourmet range looked goodit wasn't. My partner got an overpriced cheeseburger equivalent that wasn't even put together properly. The patties were dry and there was minimal sauce to even help. The truffle fries however were amazing. The staff member that served us was helpful and friendly enough, but didn't smile at all. I have been to this McDonald's many times previously and have never seen it in such a poor state.

One of the biggest McDonald's restaurants I have seen. Incredibly spacious and very clean, with numerous seating arrangements, including booths.

It's a much needed stop for many people travelling between Canberra and Sydney, people are very tetchy and short tempered when they get out of their cars. There was very nearly a fight that broke out at the drive through last time I went there. Still.. It's a Maccas, busy but otherwise completely average.

Quick service, delicious steak wrap and coffee. Not too crowded. All good. (Options without bread/ carbohydrates but hot and yummy, would make the experience perfect)

Good spot for quick bite. Fast service with toilet facility. Has a Shell Petrol station across the highway with quick access to it. Can be a most essentially needed stoppage to and from Sydney - Canberra tour.

On the long and arduous drive to Sydney, we decided try our luck at the Sutton Forrest Mac Donald's. Unfortunately, we were thoroughly disappointed.
The first issue arose upon waiting for our meal. We must have waited at least 20 minutes while staff were socialising with each other. Meanwhile, my tummy was rumbling. Our food finally arrived after we spoke to the staff and we found that our order had been removed from their system. Very disappointing.
Food was edible.
While he should have been cleaning, one of your staff was sliding around the facility and trudging - not good for his knees.
