  A fantastic motel continental breakfast included brought to us with a beautiful smile. The staff were wonderful . rooms spotless and very comfortable home away from home. Our stay was perfect just a short distant to main street will definately stay again.

  Very well positioned for the shops and the ferry.The facilities are excellent and Peter is so helpful great continental breakfast ! Room and bathroom spotlessly clean !! Superb !!

  Nice rooms - ours looks identical to the photo (if you ignore the typical use of a fish eye lens). Very clean. Spa is great. Friendly staff. Highly recommend for a comfortable stay.

  We had a good 2 days here. Quite a nice motel in a nice spot.
  Nice big, clean room too. Staff were more than helpfull to us.
  Sorento itself is pretty quiet in the 1st week of December though, with very little open at night. This suited us well enough though.

  The Guest was, emphatically, NOT CHARGED TWICE! The property has a Cancellation policy which is clearly stated during telephone bookings and on all electronically facilitated bookings, a of copy which the guest subsequently received at time of booking. The guest happily availed themselves of sincerely rendered pre-arrival date changes, and services of reception business machine during their stay by CAROL the Manager. We have found our staff to be beyond reproach in terms of client service, renown if fact for “going beyond the call of duty”.
  
  All guest feedback is highly valued, as is the quality of accommodation and service we offer.
