  Love my new hybrid floor, it's exactly what I wanted and cost far less than I had anticipated after getting quotes from various other places. Service was helpful and friendly throughout the process, and installation, which included removing tiles, was smooth and efficient. Never had a thing to worry about and now I get to enjoy my gorgeous hybrid floor that I know will last for many many years to come.

  Unfortunately, I didn't have a great experience dealing with Joe. I experienced two faulty wool carpets and multiple delays. I was told that the hash coarse backing of their wool carpet could potentially damage my walls and kicker-board. In my opinion, this issue could have been raised when Joe did the inspection before I paid for the deposit. The bad experience left us with no confidence in their product and services. The worst part is he refused my refund. He has simply taken away my consumer guarantees basic rights.

  Dunno much about carpeting—then go see Joe Edmonds @Solomons Flooring Essendon/Niddrie/Moonee Ponds. After years of delay and indecision, we finally managed to change the carpets in our Parkville Apartment—and the place looks as good as new. Lucky, we found Joe—Joe knows everything there is to know about carpets, and very patiently, with sound and clear advice, he helped us navigate the process (and with the choices—there is so much to choose from!!). With Joe, we knew we were in safe hands, and his installation team—just as professional, meticulous and extremely efficient—This is back-breaking work folks! Worth every penny (Sash and Som Naidu, Parkville, 3052).

  Joseph installed our carpet in our new property, and it has turned out amazing! He installed our carpet on short notice, and accommodated to us when we needed a change in the instalment date. Would highly recommend him to anyone! :)
