They may have a good reputation as far as design goes, but when it comes to customer service in their Noosa store, they really need to lift their game. I have been in the store a few times and each time I have felt unwelcome. Yesterday, .I went in to buy a product and had to ask a question. Both store staff were behind the counter - one on the phone and one on the computer. There was only one other customer in the store. I stood in front on the counter for 5 minutes waiting for some sort of acknowledgment. None was forthcoming. The person, eyes down on the computer, didn’t even raise her head. I just walked out.

Purchased one of the curated gift packs for Christmas and was extremely impressed! Prompt delivery, absolutely stunning attention to detail with the gift presentation and inside - a beautiful, quality product. Thanks Clo Studios - will definitely be shopping with you again :)

I just read a review which troubled me, i think the reviewer must have gone into the wrong shop. As a customer of Clo Studios i can attest to the fact that they have a product range that to some extent is unique. The owners travel regularly overseas to source products not to be found in other shops.The staff take great pride in their personal service, are familiar with their products and are committed to making your visit a pleasurable experience whether or not you make a purchase. Well done Clo Studios, keep up the great work.

Well what a treat in discovering this Store in Noosa - we stayed in Hasting Street and the staff said you must visit Clo Studios well we did and my partner and myself spent an amazing hour discovering the great treasures they source directly from Overseas. Please do not miss this experience and visit - naturally make sure you take your card as you will not leave empty handed . :)

Great Store, Unique and something that the junction has really needed since forever. The girls are extremely polite and very helpful! happy to always recommend.
