This company is a scam. They sold my neighbour(collin from Nyngan) 2 systems back in 2016. Each system was 3kw and for $13000.
This company is also in the business with a different name "Unicorn solar". The guy Ravi patel is now working with a different name as Roy kumar. He again visited my neighbour and sold him another system for $11700, telling him that his system is not working. The guy Roy kumar is lucky that he didn't have to face me or otherwise he would have been bashed by the entire town.

Honestly, I did not have to wait long, installed within 2 to 3 weeks. However, I am extremely disappointed with Solarwyse. Salesman told me that he would install Longi Solar Panels and I agreed with that, as I had research about Longi. When installers came to install panels I noticed that they were Sunport. When I rang salesman to discuss. He said to me that Sunport is way better than Longi. I told him that we discussed about Longi and you promised me that you would install Longi and you were agreed. Now, it is completely different product and I can not see any reviews about Sunport. I said it is like you agreed to sell Apple iPhone to customer and you gave customer Samsung and now you are saying that it is better than apple. This has broke my trust on company. Then he said to me in rude way that installers would have picked up wrong panels so send those installers back. I said it is not my responsibility and also half job done. You are my point of contact not them. hence I am telling you. He said that he is taking full guarantee. Then with hesitant I agreed to install solar panels as half job was done. I sent him text message after that and told him that I will be hesitant to refer anyone else. He did apologise to me but it was too late. Let's hope that Sunport works well and have to delete this review.

Solarwyse installed a system on my house the salesman Suketu Vyas was very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. The installation team were also professional , helpful and extremely fast working in terrible conditions cold , windy and intermittent showers .we are just waiting on the smart meter install from our providers and much smaller to zero bills

Initially the salesman was friendly and helpful.
However upon installation of the solar panels i received the invoice.
It was $2000.00 more than discussed.
It had a different payment per fortnight amount. And there was further info in regards to set up costs from electricity provider. So be careful. ..The installation guys were great.
