I recently visited the showroom and it was really a great experience with accurate hight and width so had a rough idea on how to put it up together they also provide iv indoor and outdoor plants.

I had a terrible experience with this shop. Received the defective piece of 180cm Fiddle leaf tree. When i contacted the shop their response was
1) These are minor defects (and there are few of them which they ignored)
2) Take store credit/replacement (Given the quality its hard to trust anymore!!)
3) Take 50$ refund (As i left with no option hence i took this to reduce my losses)

As quality of the product was pathetic hence i asked for full refund which they declined to do so because strangely they don't have policy!!

My advice to any buyerplease dont order without looking actual product as in photo vs. actual is not really same and sad part is seller dont want to refund even product is faulty!!

If you read the sellers response then their standard response is it’s been used in many offices (who knows) hence quality can’t be bad and obviously trying to find excuses for low quality cheap product sone online!!!

So please be careful as they are costly and NOT WORTH OF MONEY!!

I was searching for a UV treated artificial small shrub. Received super quick in the post. Plant looks very realistic as you can see in the photos, a perfect colour green (not too fake) Measurements on the website assisted in locating the height i was looking for. Would definitely recommend.

The lady at the shop was extremely arrogant and rude. Not interested at all. Too expensive and few varieties.

I have purchased twice from this website in the last month. The plants are good quality and good value, packed well and turn up within 2 business days. Thankfully they don't use Australia Post to deliver otherwise it would be more like 2 or 3 weeks delivery time.
