Jeff was great, we got a really fast response and follow through, and the suppliers and installers we had the opportunity to hear from were great. We strongly recommend the service and had an excellent choice and outcome - wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others.

Good website and service offering product information and a filtered source of PV system supplier/installation contractors. There are so many out there. I found this most useful during my recent purchase of a 6.6 kW panel/5kW 3ph inverter system without battery and ended up using a contractor recommended from this service. After requesting some initial quotes, then discovering the Solar Choice website, I had 9 quotes embodying at least 15 options for inverter brands and panel brands/panel numbers. After a cost and technical evaluation I ended up using a company I was connected with by Solar Choice. The Solar Choice endorsement provided extra confidence to go that way too. The contractor I selected wasn't the cheapest and they weren't the most expensive, however they rang me and discussed their written quote after delivering it, in a down to earth way, providing answers to my technical questions too. I liked the fact they were a licenced electrical contractor not just a sales office. When requested they also came to my house and looked at the job before I gave them the go ahead. Very important step for my old house. I am pleased with the installers quick, neat and diligent installation work, and support during initial start up. The supplied products and install, (so far- 3 1/2 months) appear to be working as I expected.

Once again I received very informative, unbiased and professional information about all things ‚solar‘. Whilst the website provides already very detailed information, specific and individual advice is provided by the knowledgeable staff of Solar Choice in an efficient timely manner.
The suggestions for local vendors and installers has saved me already, in fact, thousands of $$, as the market unfortunately has a lot of unprofessional and shady suppliers.
What a great pace for solar advice!

Edit Feb 2020 I've conversed with the owner Jeff over email and the person has made undertakings to update the site which is good news for future users. Because of this undertaking I've revised my rating upwards in anticipation of those changes and the reasonable and positive conversation I had with the owner including an offer to discuss in person if I wanted to. The business is ok, its the site that has design issues around being able to look at multiple system size options and combinations of companies. If you're only looking at one system size the site will give you indicative costs for that size across several installers.
