  I have been one of the primary members of the body corporate for the block of units at 19-21 The Crescent Berala, which your company oversees, for almost two decades. We have had for the last two-three years Samuel Vigouroux as our site manager.
  
  Sam has been far and way the best manager of our site we have had. For years we have tried to get works done but there have been delays, often regarding getting three quotes for jobs, and it has been most frustrating. One unit owner who I worked well with on the committee for years finally resigned because of other commitments but also because of frustration in getting works done. Since Sam has been in charge we have had our property successfully landscaped, the plumbing issues fully rectified, tiling throughout the stairwells, legal issues regarding certain owners addressed and numerous other matters that were done quickly and efficiently. And Sam has done this in a quiet, respectful, honest, professional and understanding manner.
  
  I actually regret losing Sam as our manager and I know other members of the committee are feeling similarly. We all wish him well but are very sorry to lose him. Top marks

  Rebekah has been an excellent strata manager for our apartment building in Punchbowl over the last few years.
  She always replies to our enquiries in a quick and efficient manner and is extremely professional and friendly. I would recommend Westside Strata to anyone seeking a quality and reliable property management company based in south western Sydney.

  Tarna was appointed to our complex and has been professional, helpful and highly efficient. All emails, phone calls and queries are attended to promptly and we trust that the needs of the complex as a whole are taken care of.

  We have been dealing with Westside Strata for a number of years. I would like to give a big shout out and pat on the back to Lucy Macbryde. She is very efficient and also very friendly to deal with. I would not hesitate to recommend Lucy and Westside to any Strata Plan wanting a new strata management team.
