Highly recommend this wonderful young man, responsive, professional and polite. Called him early this morning in the rain to remove a python from our shed, he said I will be there at 0730 to which he was. He was very quick to locate our python, into the bag and then onto his next call out. Many thanks Luke.

Luke is very professional and efficient at catching and relocating snakes. He arrives quickly and is very knowledgeable. He has come twice over 2 years to relocate 2 snakes. Highly recommend.

What an amazing bloke Luke is. Answered his phone on second ring on a Friday night to tell me whether the snake that has bitten me was just a carpet snake, as suspected, or something more sinister. Helpful, reassuring and informative. Highly recommended.

Luke responded to our call promptly and was at our house within 15 minutes. He was friendly, calm and professional. He obviously has an extensive knowledge and love for these creatures. He was respectful and gentle when dealing with this beautiful (but unwelcome!) house guest. Highly recommended.
