Absolute disgrace of a company. Again making me wait a month to talk to a doctor when all I need is a script refilled. Took my money (for an appt 4 weeks into the future) for doctors appointment telling me they would try and get my script filled before the doctor left on leave. Of course that didn't happen.

Last time was ignored for weeks by phone and email to try and get previous script refilled. Looking for a new provider now.

Ethan is great to communicate with. I have brain problems and find it hard to communicate and comprehend stuff at times, they're definitely trying their best. If they can deal with me you should be no problem. Thanks guys

My first appointment was amazing apart from a script delay, The doctors are wonderful and I love medcan but trying to get ahold of the admin team is almost impossible.
Your script won’t be sent until you make your payment and they’ve made making the payment almost impossible as you can only make the payment over the phone and they won’t pick up your phone calls and they call back in the morning when you’re most likely sleeping and don’t try you again later.
I’ve made 3 emails and it’s been 4 days and I’m still waiting for help to make my payment so I can get my script sent to the pharmacy…
Definitely need a new admin team because it’s really making them look incredibly dodgy…

I can not say enough about how fabulous the team at Canihelp were. Its pretty daunting at first but they are so professional and supportive it is no different to talking with your existing medical team. I personally want to thank the lovely lady on the phone (i wont say her name without permission) who helped me to go through the process and easily explained everything. Thankyou.

Ethan at Cannihelp is absolutely amazing and helpful and just all round best person to talk through issues get information from and has gone above and beyond to help me. He is an absolute amazing with customer service. Could not recommend Cannihelp enough especially with people like Ethan there to assist with any problems you may have. Definitely 11 out of 10.
