In all our renovation projects we’ve never come across a team that’s been so easy to deal with, professional, and reliable.   Shade Solutions Australia have consistently failed to deliver on their installation and product.
  
  In line with other reviews, the company takes deposits, fails to install the correct product, and is unable to correct their errors.
  
  I would recommend never using their services, as you are guaranteed to be disappointed.
  
  The incorrect awning was installed, no sensor has been provided, it has been almost 6 months, and after months of failed confirmations to replace the incorrect awning, we are still waiting. Do not use them.

  Great pricing and customer service, got the awning installed within 3 weeks of ordering it. They also have a free gas fire pit as a bonus. Staff a shade solutions kept me informed of order progress

  Can't thank Andrew enough for his superior service in helping us with our shade to cover our deck area. Extremely happy with the service provided by Andrew and I'm a returning customer. Customer service on both experiences were great, quote and installation quick, friendly and professional. I'll be using Shades Solutions Australia again!

  100 out of ten Shade Solutions Australia !
  Sales person was a gentleman, never pushy.
  Office kept me informed at all times.
  Installation was a breeze and happened within two weeks as my awning was in stock.
  The St Tropez has changed the way I live inside and out of my family room.
  It does everything they said it would do.
  Price was great.
  Happy to recommend
