  Words cannot express how grateful I am that my son chose to use your services when my husband passed. Kelly was compassionate, thoughtful and considerate during this really difficult time and like others have mentioned, the celebrant she suggested was amazing. The location and the way the service was held were perfectly John.
  The slide show and the recording of the service were beautifully put together and the addition of photos around the room with candles was a really nice touch.
  I know that those who attended were surprised that you could have a service for a loved one that was a reflection of the persons life and not cold and confronting.
  Thank you to Kelly and the whole team you have given me some wonderful memories

  My father and I felt comforted in our darkest day by genuine care and compassion we recieved by Kelly and Mark upon first point of contact, we felt they were the right choice to give mum a beautiful service. They went above and beyond, before and after their duty of care. We are so grateful for the beautiful arrangements and how easy they made the process to deal with.

  Kelly & mark what can I say. When we meet you both, the vibe we got from you both was like we have know you for a life time. very easy to talk especially in these circumstances. You and your staff treated my father with the upmost respect. From start to finish the service was unbelievable. So much care was given I couldn’t have asked for anything more. Guys we thank you all so much. This is not a service that you want to use too often but I can say when we need a funeral service again you guys will be the first people we call and recommend. Once again thanks for the great service and being apart of our family.

  Kelly and Mark were superb in supporting our family through the funeral process, making what would have been a difficult experience very easy. From the first call through to the final service and cremation, Kelly brought with her a very down to earth and empathetic approach, which was very much appreciated by our family. The final service was well orchestrated with many of the attendees commenting on how nice it was. Thanks again!
