Was a refreshing experience dealing with such a professional friendly bunch of people. They offered me such great advice and their pricing was by far the cheapest. They offered me free freight to my business in Perth and it was delivered quicker than some of my local suppliers have achieved. I had a small commissioning problem on start up and their service department helped me over the phone. I was recommended by a friend of mine in Sydney who purchased 4 ice machines and has had no problems with their products.
