I found the staff to be so friendly and to go out of their way to be helpful and advise me towards product and budget. Very pleased I called in and will recommend them in the future.

I arranged to purchase Asko dishwasher with the manager (Arco) in Fawkner. He confirmed via 3 separate SMS. When I arrived at store after borrowing a truck and travelling 40 minutes he feigned ignorance of the arranged sale. TAKE CARE WHEN DEALING WITH THIS BUSINESS

Prompt and efficient service, very competitive pricing on products and delivery. I purchased a fridge on recommendation from the serviceperson who said my old one was beyond help, gave them my needs and they were incredibly kind and helpful. Highly recommended!

Update: spoke to paul who is trying to source a new combo for me after the last one broke down and went through hell with their insurance company. if a suitable replacement is found within a reasonable time i will be very happy and update this to five stars. Well done Paul for redeeming mistakes made by your employees.

STAY AWAY! Got my name, postcode wrong on the invoice. broke down 2 months in, didn't want to help at all even though i paid for 3 years extended. Turns out they couldn't be bothered to upload it to their system (which they only do once a month) that i had a warranty causing delays and issues. Just a really poorly ran business from horrible sales staff to basic clerical issues and prices that are not cheaper than retail.

Don't be fooled by this business, they have nothing to do with 2nds World. I went there after hearing an advertisement on TV only to find this shop has absolutely nothing in common with 2nds World. Very misleading!
