Would only stay here for location, this was our reason for booking here to be close to the WACA. The room is dirty, kitchen bowls growing mould, cups with stale milk, spoons covered in food and lip marks. One drinking glass, limited cooking utensils and the oven and stove top takes 3 times as long to cook everything. Fridge noisy and ready for replacement, dishwasher doesnt work i had to handwash everything before use. The dryer doesnt dry, thank goodness for a clothes horse and balcony. The queen bed was comfy but the king was zipped together with a large, hard risen join, making it like two single beds to sleep in. The rooms are very thin and you hear people talking and coming and going in ajoining rooms at all times of night and early morning making it hard for a good nights sleep. Parking is good though oh and so is the shower. I would never book here again though - EVER!!!response / report this review -

Clean and tidy. Good amount of space. Affordable and good central location close to the city. Car park included.

Decent location.
Free parking.
Rooms are ok.
Has balconies but they're not big enough to sit outside on and there is no view.
Free Wifi but it's slow and spotty. Works ok in the evening, but good luck connecting in the afternoon.
Not a hotel, so they don't service rooms regularly. Been here 5 days so far and no fresh towels. If you ask at the desk, the staff is friendly and will give you what you need though.response / report this review -

Rooms were dirty and unkept. The kitchenware still had food on them!!!! Floors were dirty and wasn't a child friendly space :( very out of date. very unhappy with the cleanliness of the apartment and some appliances were broken!!! Will not be returning

An Awesome place that is managed by Jutawan Tours. It has east access to the city transportation, supermarkets, delicious Kebabs restaurant and others.

Got what seemed like a good deal! The floor was sticky, all the dishes were dirty??? The beds were good but that's about it.

If you get s room near the elevator you might not sleep as it is LOUD. Room was boiling hot in the middle of winter 😨 would not have liked to be here in summer. Dowager and dryer didn't work, exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work. Good thing it was cheap and staff were super nice.

Nice rooms. Good size pool. Needs some updating. Taps fall off in hand and dishwasher had seen a lot of cleaning and needed replacement. Air-conditioned and work well.

I've stayed here a few times nice and quiet each time I've booked whether it was a 1BR or 2BR I was always given a room that had an extra room which was a nice surprise, everything works free wifi cant complain
