We had such a great time on the half day Whitehaven tour! Chelsea was so amazing with our son Henry and he loved playing in the sand with her. All the staff were so friendly and great company! Cant wait to come back and book again!

Friendly, helpful, informative staff who directed me to exactly what I wanted. Whitsunday Fishing Charters - the BEST fishing day EVER. Incredibly knowledgeable, professional, helpful, informative, fun staff who looked after everyone and ensured everyone had a great time. The catch was beyond all expectations - we all departed with fresh filleted fish ready to cook for many meals over several days. I cannot recommend highly enough. Congratulations Guys. Well done! Great experience, marvelous team, very very caring and trustful crew (gitto und vittorio), vittorio cooked so good, best places seen but besides the crowds, paddling and snorkeling in nice bays. Best thing you can do !!!

Thanks for the your patience answered all my questions and explained the tours to me. Me and my parents really had a great time on the boat to Whitsundays, the snorkelling was amazing (in the outer reef). The seaplane to the heart reef was unforgettable. Def will bring my partner to Whitsundays next time. You gals are the greatest asset in the company, excellent customer and after sales service, see you gals soon!!

Highly disatisfied with the tour sold by Sailing-Whitsundays and the interactions with their team post raising concerns, which they were unwilling to rectify after multiple emails. I note that I am not the only one that has had issues having seen other people's reviews - I would avoid booking with Sailing-Whitsundays.

Issues to be aware of if you are thinking of booking:
- There were 23 people on our boat and it was very over crowded. The website stated maximum of 20 guests.
- There was no effort made whatsoever to contact us or notify us of the ongoing impact from the cyclon. Over the course of the 3 days we did two 20 minute snorkels that were exceptionally bad quality where we couldn’t see anything. We were sold two days of snorkeling.
- The crew were extremely unprofessional. Most notable the captain Chris who was non-stop swearing and making a number of racist remarks. This was then justified by Sailing-Whitsundays as "Aussie humour" - appalling excuse for such behavior.
- The ‘sample menu’ listed on the website was a massive misrepresentation. The food was very poor quality.

Very disappointing experience.

took the 3 island cruise and it was amazing! I had a fantastic time and the crew members were lovely. All snorkelling gears were in good condition. The meals provided were good too (breakfast tea, buffet lunch and afternoon tea). Overall, this package was great value for money, slightly cheaper than other tour companies, ie, Cruise Whitsunday. Definitely Highly recommended!

One of the most beautiful places I have ever been. We went on a smaller boat, On Ice, and it was beyond exceptional. The crew (Kat and Matt) were extremely friendly and truly made this trip. I cannot think of a better way to see this area of the world than on a sailboat. We originally had booked a 1 night trip on another boat and due to scheduling issues, had to switch to a 2 day trip on On Ice and am so thankful we had to make this change. Would not recommend anything shorter than 2 days and 2 nights!
