I was very impressed by the quality of service provided. The office staff and pest controllers were polite, professional, friendly and very helpful. They managed to fit the job in at short notice for me, due to a large wasp nest on my property. They were very thorough and explained the treatment and inspections very clearly. I had safeguard for pest control in January.
In 2 months time, alive cockroaches was seen in the house.
I had to call them twice in 6 months time.
And I was told by safeguard that the chemical they used is EXACTLY the same as other company.
The lady told me, that “The reason that there is still cockroaches in my house after treatment is that someone had brought the cockroaches into the house .?!?!? 2 times ?? Really.
And it has nothing to do with their service and treatment.

I originally had other pest control company , and I didn’t see a cockroach for a year.

And a re-treatment with safeguard , it will cost at least $100. So DONT BELIEVE the guarantee and 100% satisfaction they posted on the website.
They will just blame on the customers.
My house is always well maintained, clean and tidy.
I guess I will just go back to my original pest control company since they use the same chemicals. And it worked well with just ONE treatment.
Just put on a photo of my house, and a live cockroach was found there .
