We used them for an end of lease garden clean up and rug cleaning. We could not have been more impressed. They were all polite, professional, and well presented. They got done in 3 hours what it would have taken us a week or more to get done. We even made it difficult for them as we had removalists in at the same time, and they never uttered a negative word. They even cleaned up all the equipment we had scattered around the pool area and cleaned off our patio stones. I would definitely recommend them for anything you need.

“A to Z Services” certainly dresses to impress.
When I saw the very smart looking 4 wheel drive vehicle pull up this morning, advertising the business and “Benito” got out very smartly dressed himself, My first thought was Wow! We picked a winner! And we did.
Household window clean inside and out.
1) He arrived on time
2) He didn’t stop working until the job was completed
3) Before he started I requested that he pay particular attention to the window tracks
4) Benito’s attention to detail was excellent
After Benito had finished the first room and went into start the next room, I went in to check the room he had completed to see if I was happy with the results.
I was a Dental Assistant during the week and a weekend contract cleaner every weekend for 13 years at the Southbank Library in Brisbane, until I came back to Alice last year.
So I know the standard I expected to see, Benito certainly achieved what I was hoping for, because let’s face it, nobody wants to pay to have a job done, with a substandard result.
I’ve worked with so many people over the years, that are paid to do a job, and some idiot ( usually me) has got to go back and re do it.
So, based upon the quality of the job Benito performed this morning, I would be getting him back again.

The worst cleaning service ever 850 $ for first clean was very average. The second clean 2.5 hours. I don’t know what they did in that time. Not much at all could not even close the gate as asked. Soap scum on the bath could not even move the vacuume cleaner to clean around it or move the dog bowl. Piece of bread under the table. Not happy at all if I could give zero I woukd

Turned up on time. Did what was asked well. Was decently priced. All good!
Originally 5 stars. Changed to 2 after the last epic adventure.
Called to book a garden service which they were unable to do so at the time but promised to call back. 3 days later i call up to find out what is going on, been booked but no one called. Not a big deal. But then there were problems with the lawnmower, booked cancelled 2 or 3 times.
Finally the big day arrived, i received a call that they had arrived, i explained i was at work and to treat it like it was an inspection, clear the garden rubbish etc.
When arriving home the grass had been sorta cut but all the leaf litter etc was still all over the gardens and it did not look like anything was really done.
Ended up having to pay another gardener to come finish the job.
The first time i used the service it was awesome, this time though it was just a drama filled waste of time.response / report this review
