Ross came out and quoted on our business move, offering between 3.5k and 4k plus discounted storage fees. I agreed to that offer on Friday and followed up on Monday to confirm and was told that it was booked for Thursday. On Tuesday the ops manager came to view the equipment and said that "actually, this is too big for us" and cancelled the job. As a result we've had to accept a quote at a much higher rate because the other company was the only one who could help at a day and a half notice.
They also listed storage items and prices on their site that they didn't have.response / report this review -

Most thoughtful & user friendly movers we have ever used. Went out of their way to make things as easy as possible for us. Also, very reasonably priced & fuss free compared to movers we've used in the past.

These guys have been amazing. Today Rod and Andrew helped us move a three bedroom house.
I've been moving almost every year for a while and have used many different moving services: you guys have been the best so far.
Quick and professional. They knew what they were doing. The truck was packed so neatly and securely. The rate was also really good, and we did this over the weekend!

I have used Ross and the team firstly to pack and store our complete house lot when we renovated, then to move back in. Currently using their facility to store other goods. They are courteous, professional (very careful with our possessions) and very competitive. Highly recommend.

We used Safe and Sound Removalists to assist with our recent move. We had them move our bigger items to a house with a staircase. The guys were great, they maneuvered our goods without knocking any walls etc and took care of our things. They quoted a very competitive price - half of that quoted by Man with a Van.
When we move in the future we will use them again. I recommend them to anyone needing a removalist.response / report this review -

The guys who came to move the stuff were very nice and accommodating. Very please with their service and promptness. Don't worry about them mishandling your stuff, these guys know what they are doing and are just as cautious with your stuff as they would be with their own.

I would like to thank the whole team at Safe and Sound Removals from Ross, who came over to give me a quote then drop off boxes and paper, to the removal team who did the Removal on the day.
I think it was Mick and Sean really went out of there way to make sure it was a successful move.
My sister is moving next month I'll make sure she uses those boys.

I would just like to say that Sean and Mark were amazing. I thought we would be going all day and night because of all the stuff we had however to our surprise it all went so quickly and smoothly it was unbelievable.
