Our first time ever moving interstate, Chris from Canberra was very helpful and gave us a very competitive quote. I was worried when he went on leave a day before we moved, but the guys at the office were super helpful. Jim and the boys came on time to load all our furniture and pack fragile items, they were well organised, professional and did a great job. The boys who came to unload our stuff in Perth were a great team who did a brilliant job. All our possessions were well packed and intact … the only thing they need to improve on is transit times, took 3 weeks for furniture to be delivered to Perth, lucky we were moving back home to a mostly furnished house! But thanks to the team for the great service provided!!!

Just a great experience. Karen and Emma packed my house up perfectly. I had no idea of the complexity of packing; I couldn't have done it myself. The boys came the next day, and it was all taken care of. Just perfect.

I had a really positive experience with Dawson's amidst the general stress of moving. From quotation to queries leading up to the move itself, and asking for advice on packing, the staff were quick to respond and very helpful. The process of uplifting and subsequent delivery a week later went smoothly. I would recommend them, highly. I did obtain a second quote and decided to go with Dawson's.

Dawson's moved us in June 2017. They did all the packing the day prior and the move went extremely well. They also arranged for 2 ladies to assist setting up our Kitchen storage by unpacking and putting all the items in the cupboards & drawers. This helped an enormous amount.

This is the third time I have used Dawson Moving and Storage and I rate them extremely high. The guys get the work done quickly and efficiently with great humour. I have never had anything broken or scratched, even my upright piano. Dawson is moving us and also storing our excess furniture as part of the 'de-clutter' process prior to our big move. A few days ago, I somehow managed to lose my car keys and the spare set had gone off to Dawson's storage. I phoned up and explained my problem and told them where I thought the spare set was located. In less than a day they had not only found the keys but also had them delivered to my home. They were super friendly, and even more importantly, super helpful. Thanks for your responsiveness and efforts to help me in making our big move as smooth as possible! You guys are awesome.

January 2017 update: Now that we have completed our move I thought I should update my post. Our move was flawless, the guys who moved our household items were careful, super efficient and considerate. Today, the came round to collect the empty boxes so that they can be used by another customer later. No additional charge. Once again, a heart-felt thank-you. You couldn't have happier customers.

Absolutely top service with staff that treat your possessions 'as their own'.

Moved to the country with a total of 3 truckloads and two containers requiring storage. Nothing broken and no problem to change delivery dates at the last moment due to building/renovation on the new property incomplete.

Absolute care taken with packaging and delivery with staff ensuring that they placed the MANY boxes in the most convenient place for us to sort.

Very pleased with the personal attention and friendly follow ups that all was to plan.
