As a reluctant user of Teams the recent developments requiring remote working were proving particularly challenging. Nicole was able to sense my knowledge level and within an hour I was confident in the use of the application. I now feel I can go in and build my competence with that solid grounding and I have the excellent starter pack to fall back on.

thanks for an informative and highly engaging session. I certainly got a lot out of it and I believe more experienced users would also benefit from the short cuts, tips and tricks.

Anthony and his team were thorough and extremely collaborative in their approach to working with our team. As a not for profit in the disability sector they respected our industry and cultural knowledge and allowed us to build on this with solid methodologies and practical processes that enabled us to better deliver complex projects to the communities we serve.
