Buffet was greatly overpriced , very poor quality food , very little variety.

The Bar area shut at 10:30 so we were told to go into the pokies area if we wanted to remain. Which was surprising considering it was a Saturday Night.

Avoid this place if you want a good night out.

The Roxburgh park hotel features the best value smorgasbord in Melbourne I've been coming here for years and when I have my mother come and visit me I'll book us in because it's part of a tradition I share with her, as we both love it as do the rest of the family Such great value, and features a very diverse and cultural taste experience coupled with some of the hardest working efficient and well mannered staff in hospitality, removing your emptied dishes and utensils in quick time and obviously great talented cooks in the background.. Great price, great food, great service and a great family friendly atmosphereCan't beat it.

Good value for most people good atmosphere friendly staff .
1st session there was a case of over indulgence. Almost like from eating to much. Not one to waste good food, I was hoping to barf where they welcome you close to the bar. More of an affect than outside in the car park.
Almost did the same at the old Iris Buffet how I kept that down beyond me.23 plates
I would have banged in a window where a large group of wing nuts were eating then barfed over the window a few times hoping to set off a domino affect making them all barf .lol.
I encountered what u think was security which really couldn't speak or understand English and not displaying his ID.

All you can eat, and very nice place, always a good time.

Update 2021, reduced from 5 to 3 stars. Price high and food a 6/10. Good range of food and nice setting still.

Food not very hot, would have liked it hotter. Big variety. Very crowded. Lots of little kids all going wild. Which should be responsibility of lazy parents. Food was fresh, most was tasty. Just too busy.

Not complaining. I Apprecriate the service, staff and the food, all I hated was the amount of high cholestrol, diabetic, fraud-the-government looking, good ol' margrets and bald healded keiths tryina push infront of the line to get their ugly ass kid to queue where all the nuggets and chips were. I know I ain't a kid no more, but I still love my chips and nuggets.

Their food is nothing special quite unedible, prawn were yellow and mushy. Plates were awful and dirty. Toilets were stained yellow and brown soap dispensers didnt work and the other one squited in my clothes. I hated it! Cheese topping on the pizza is all i ate. Ugh!!!

Not nice food. Food is buffet. Seems to be the only place in the area that does it. I am not a fun of buffet however it was the opinion of the 30 odd people the food was not good. Give it a try if you like buffet however real fresh cooked food would be a better option. Price was around $27 pp.

Staff where great and the food, service and value was fantastic if I could maybe fault any thing, it was the staff behind the bar, they where quite rude and did not know how to pour a beer. Other than them we enjoyed ourselves would highly recommend.

I don't like how they want you in and out the dining area in a hurry. I just don't like the overall service. I get the feeling they look at you as a "dollar " sign rather than a valued local customer. Sorry guys, you lost me. HIHO is a better option.
