I have been here before and had a really bad experience. I decided to give them another try last week, don't get me wrong the customer service was a lot better but the quality of the nails isn't good, I have had them for a week and in that week the nails have started to have faint cracks in them.

Then last night I was tucking a blanket into my bed and I barely even touched the wood on my bed and it has completely split the nail in the centre all the way down to my actual nail and it hurts heaps.

I don't recommend getting your nails done here. The first time I had horrible customer service and this time the nails have broken within a week.

I have recently been diagnosed with fungal acne thanks to a horrible experience with another beautician. My Mum and Aunties have been going to Spa Beautique for over a decade, so I ran to Mary in tears and not only did she help me on the surface but she shared her wealth of inner health and everything I can do to assist my skin. I’m now on the path to complete skin recovery, but I’m also a healthier person in general thanks to all of her advice. I cannot thank you enough Mary!

NEVER AGAIN THEY HAVE DESTROYED MY NAILS GOING TOO DEEP ON NATURAL NAILS SPLITTING THEM ALL THE WAY THROUGH WISH I COULD UPLOAD PHOTOS!

I went there to get my eyebrows tattooed.Big mistake. The technician who's name is Mary first drew them on with a pencil to show me the end result and I said they looked good and that she could go ahead and tattoo them. After looking in the mirror when she finished I just froze! The shape was different and most importantly the colour was so dark that I looked like angry birds. I took photos for back up evidence. When I spoke to her she kept saying things like I wanted the shape that way, etc. She told me that she had made them a bit shorter and when I told her if she remembered saying that she aid that I told her to make it that short. I went back so she could fix them and I told her I was not going to pay anything, she said OK that's fine. Anyway on round two they were extra darker and she took $50 because used the machine! So that made $500. The second time round they looked patchy and then started peeling off within 10 days.!!!!!! Not to mention she shaved half my eyebrows without asking me, as I was lying down I could not see. When I called the receptionist there who's name is Steve he raised his voice at me. Long story short, if you want nice looking brows and a friendly service, please avoid.

Worst eyelash extensions I've ever had. I had 2 different people applying lashes. Instead of applying 1 lash to 1 eyelash they just clagged them together. Was booked in for a 1hr appointment and it took 2hrs and 20 mins. The technicians glued my eyelashes together and they looked clumped and disgusting. My eyes were irritated for a week and I went to see a different technician who basically said they stuffed it up terribly. I had to get them removed professionally. Dismal customer service too as I complained to the male manager and he didn't do anything to rectify the situation. Would never go back there again. Stay away!
