  We have not built a home with Ross North Homes, however, we did go into the show home on the corner of Preston Point and Moering Roads in Attadale, in December 2021. We were assisted by a gentleman by the name of Patrick, who is a sales consultant at this particular show home. We were just about to sign a contract with a builder down in the great Southern and wanted to get a comparison on prices. Patrick advised that Ross North did not build in the great Southern however, he was super generous with his time. He sat with us and went through our quotation and was able to give us such valuable information pertaining to our impending build down in the great Southern. I can only say this to you, I wish more than anything that Ross North Homes built homes down in the great Southern as we would have signed with them in a heart beat. Thank you Patrick for being so generous with your time, it helped us out so much, you are an asset to Ross North Homes.

  My feedback is: My home is Ross North upon enquiry their staff don't know their own layouts or just cannot be bothered to assist.

  Dave Curran is more than a lovely and approachable Sales Rep for Ross North. He know his stuff, is brilliant at all of the big and little design aspects you may not think of, and really listens. I can recommend having a chat to Dave.

  This was our first building experience and we wanted to go with a quality and reputable Builder as we have heard many horror stories. We visited a lot of display homes and read a lot of online reviews and ended up deciding on Ross North Homes due to the positive feedback we read online and good things we had heard about them. It was smooth sailing from the commencement for us and we had little issues throughout the building process. Our Supervisor appeared to be very qualified and kept us well informed throughout the build. Ross North were also great at allowing us access to view the home when desired on weekends. Our finishing’s are to a high quality and everyone that visits our house asks us who we built through and we are proud to tell them that it was through Ross North Homes. We have a beautiful home and we are already looking at more blocks and hope to build with them again in the near future.

  Thanks Ross North, we built the Manor in 2000 and from the very beginning we had problems with shower water leaking under the walls into other rooms.
  Your 'Supervisor' organised for the '20 year guarantee' shower sealer company (who are no longer in business and their work is not honoured by the new owners) to paint a glaze over the grouting and tiles.
  We now discover due to blistering plaster on walls in other rooms around the shower, that shower membranes were NEVER installed!
  So now we wear the cost of removing all tiles from TWO bathrooms, installing membranes, replacing tiles and paying Contractors.
  ALL due to cost cutting, dishonest people entrusted with your business name.
