We first met Dr Philippa years ago at another vet and was super impressed by her service that we she left, we asked where she moved to and followed her there. She has always provided us with very thorough consultations and also cost effective options. Her staff are also very helpful and polite. Emails are responded to in a timely manner making appointments, insurance claims and general queries a breeze. Quite disappointed to see some negative reviews as I would highly recommend Dr Phillippa to anyone who cares about their pets.

Very disappointed. Have been a customer for long time. Call Pippa in emergency during normal business hours. my dog is bleeding after having 15 puppies. Pippa - the owner- never phone me back when I need her. She could not fit me in her schedule at all. I go to yokine vet west. Sorry for this Pippa but you cannot push business away. I am very upset. Just picked up my cat from NPV and I must admit they did an excellent job with desexing him, but unfortunately left me feeling ripped off and disappointed after charging me $50 more than initially quoted after the procedure had been done. Transparency in the future would be much appreciated.

My family has been using this clinic for around 10 years. The service and expertise of Dr Graham Schenberg has always been fantastic and my experience with Dr Philippa Hodgen has maintained the high level of professionalism and experience at North Perth Vet Clinic. Dr Hodgen took over in 2014 and immediately started treatment on my 16 year cat who had numerous health problems. Only a matter of months later (after an accident) I had to make the choice to put him to sleep. Dr Hodgen made the process simple and comforting. She delivered a supportive role to us during this hard time and was very kind to my cat. I felt like she cared about us and my cat and this nurturing nature helped in coping with our loss. I would strongly recommend this vet clinic to anyone.
