  I have purchased watches on two occasions from Rolex Kennedy and I have always found the staff to be genuinely friendly, helpful and they are very knowledgeable about the watches they sell. Every purchase has been a very enjoyable and memorable experience. Highly recommended .
  Last Saturday 17/10/20 picked up my watch at the Martin Place Boutique and I was very impressed with the watch but even more impressed with the service. Thank you Tim you and your sales Team are true professionals when it comes to customer sales and service . The bar has been set extremely high by Team Kennedy. Well done and congratulations.

  Fantastic experience always! Excellent service and communication the whole way through. Enjoyed every bit of buying watches from here (just bought my second watch here within 7 weeks!!) Marjory and all other staffs were fantastic. I'd like to specially thank Marjory for her incredible customer service and always making us feel welcomed !! Knowledgeable, professional and personable!   A HUGE thank you to Marjory and the team at Rolex Boutique - Kennedy! Finally purchased the watch I have always wanted and in time to celebrate a very special milestone. I have received only the very best service and communication from the beginning and all the way through. I never felt rushed or pressured during any of my visits and have always been given time and attention while discussing my options.
  Special mention again to Marjory - her enthusiasm, friendliness and professionalism during the entire process has exceeded expectations. I would not hesitate to recommend Marjory if you are looking for your next special watch!

  I could not speak more highly of the team at the Rolex Kennedy Boutique. The professional manner and exemplary service they provide is bar none - a few retailers could learn so much from the example provided by in particular, Tim the boutique’s manager who makes every purchase process seamless. They are helpful in making every experience a special and a memorable one in finding the most suitable timepiece for me; moreso than any other retailer I have purchased from before both in Australia and overseas. Definitely looking forward to the next piece and seeing the Kennedy Team again.

  I remember walking into the Rolex Boutique at Martin Place many months ago for the first time and being welcomed by a team of professionals who were genuinely sincere and courteous and found the time to sit down for a very enthusiastic talk about watches without me feeling rushed through the conversation. A true VIP treatment indeed. A short time after the first visit, I thought about purchasing a Rolex for my dad's big 70th birthday, but for anyone who has been to an AD, you will know that Rolex watches are not always readily available on the shelves and there was no guarantee that I would be able to present the watch to my dad on the special day. However, my consultant, Stuart Clowes to whom I am so grateful, has been so kind to help me through the journey, always taking care to respond to my emails and calls seeking updates until that day when he did that magic and I am now able to prepare a pleasant surprise for a very special person in my life on his special day. Buying a Rolex has been the best purchasing experience to date and I can confidently state that it was a 5 star service all the way. I would not hesitate to recommend Rolex Boutique at Martin Place to anyone who has an interest in buying a Rolex. Thank you again Stuart and the team.
