Ned and his team are the best with wonderful customer service!
Ned is patient, honest, knowledgeable, professional, punctual and always explained everything thoroughly. He guided us through from the quotation till the completion of our automatic sliding and pedestrian gate. !He and his team are very neat with their jobs and the end product is amazing! We are extremely happy with the gates and highly recommend Ned and his team to anyone that would like to install gates.

No hesitation in giving Ned 5 stars for both the quality of the job (swing gates) and the way he deals with his customers. It was a smooth process from start to finish, and Ned provided a first-class service at a reasonable price. I contacted Modern Access and Automation for the replacement of our decaying wooden driveway gates with little knowledge of what to expect. Ned provided a highly professional service in the installation of a pair of double swing gates. He removed and disposed our old gates, and serviced the automation system. He was punctual and clearly explained what was needed and how much it would cost, which was highly competitive in price to other businesses. Friendly, courteous and easy to deal with, I cannot recommend Modern Access and Automation enough.

UPDATE: Our automated gates suddenly stopped working and I got Ned back to check on it. He found the problem immediately and fixed, plus did a quick service to make sure all was okay, and WITHOUT AN EXTRA CHARGE! Definitely someone to keep on automatic redial!!

Ned was great start to finish. Really professional. Replaced my old gate. Which was worn and broken with a extremely solid well finished gate with the option to automate later on. Finishing is emmaculate. He also advised what I need to watch for when renovating should I wish to automate it in future.

Had an existing 4 metre gate that I wanted to get automated, contacted Ned through a referral, he came out within a couple of days and suggested that a hydraulic ram would better suit my needs. He made a time to come in and install the ram on Friday morning 7.30am and was finished by 11am.
Great service, job was organised and completed within a week.
Ned was easy to deal with and went out of his way to complete the job ASAP, I would have no hesitation in recommending Ned to complete any works to automate your gates.

I called a couple of people for a quote and advice on a gate. Only Ned got back to me which he did promptly. He was always very punctual and advised if any delay.
